This is our quiet cove on Lake Lanier.  As of June 2025, Lake Lanier was at full pool.  As of January 2026, lake level is below full pool.  Seasonal changes affects moving docks in or out.  The fishing just from the dock has brought in 3-5 pound Catfish and heavier Carp.  Private community boat ramp access 2 blocks away make this a distinctive recreational property for fishing, boating and skiing on Lake Lanier! 

Single slip covered private dock for all your recreational necessities plus a private Community boat ramp just two blocks down the street make lake life convenient and unabtrusive from outsiders.

Jet skiing or Tubing (below) is just one of the many fun lake activities to do just outside our cove in our quiet channel of Lake Lanier.  Yahoo!!
